ESPERANZA 9 uses renewable energy wherever possible. There is an aerothermic system for hot water and an underfloor heating/cooling system. Using minimal energy, the house maintains a perfect ambient temperature all year round.
Relax with a good book
What better way to relax after a hard day’s walking or sight-seeing than to sit down with a good book? We have a wide selection of novels, old and new, as well as books on the history of Granada and beyond.
Enjoy the terrace day & night.
In the Summer months you’ll be spending most of your time outside on the terrace. You have two to choose from: The lower Pool Terrace or the upper Sundeck Terrace where you can enjoy a BBQ and alfresco dining.

Esperanza 9 has been designed to inspire creativity. We are both artists, and for this reason we have filled the house with art!
Some of it is ours some are works form other artists. Many of the pieces of art you see on the walls are for sale.
